Sue Butler is everything and more that you could want in a realtor! She’s extremely knowledgeable with the market, offers advice when needed but doesn’t ever make you feel pressured into a decision. We put our house on the market just as interest rates were starting to increase and the “sellers market” in Castle Rock was cooling off. So Sue’s experience was invaluable throughout the process, plus she is such a fun person to work with! She’s incredibly responsive and was available anytime we needed her via text, phone calls, and for showings. She’s also a great person to have on your side throughout the offer/inspection process, making sure you’re informed every step of the way. And she has a multitude of vendor recommendations with any issue that might need to be addressed with selling your home. Overall, Sue is seriously amazing and we can’t say enough good things about her! We’ve worked with a few other realtors in the past, that don’t come close to Sue’s skill set.
