•My husband and I worked with Barbara before we even started looking for our new house as she managed the property we were renting in Pace, FL. She and her husband were great and always available to help if we needed something looked at or fixed in the rental property. We lived in their rental for a little over a year and then were ready to start the search for our own home! Barbara was amazing through the entire process. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and Barbara was instrumental in making our home buying process go smoothly (I stress easy so this was super important to me!!!). She is very educated in the various processes you have to go through and is there to walk you through each one step by step. I'd recommend her to any of my friends or family that were looking for rental properties or looking to buy a home of their own! Thanks Barbara!!
Barbara was all we could ask for and more in a real estate agent/landlord. She worked with our schedules and availability to handle any issues with our house. She was extremely flexible with myself being in the military and all of the unknowns that come with that. She was professional, courteous, always willing to help, and responsive. I would highly recommend Barbara for any of your real estate needs!
We have had the pleasure of working with Barbara on 3 occasions, 2 purchases and 1 sell. She is a very knowledgeable and detail orientated individual. Consistently kept in touch with us on all 3 transactions at all times and even when she was out of town on personal leave. More than willing to drop what ever she was doing to meet with us whenever needed. Barbara had a contract on the house we were selling within 14 days of it going on the market. I highly recommend Barbara to be your go-to agent.
