•We paired with Susan on Zillow and she made our first-time home buying experience so fun and exciting. She was always so prompt in returning our phone calls and texts. She was also very knowledgeable about various home topics and was always answering our questions and if she didn't know, she said she'd get back to us, which she always did! In addition, she was always so flexible when it came to looking at properties (we'd often have to look at properties after 5pm because both my husband and I work 8-5's) or if we needed to coordinate something for our out-of-town family to come look at the property we were interested in, she was on it. She was the only realtor we worked with but she definitely set the standard high. :) and had our best interests in mind. :)
