•Mary represented my wife and I recently as our agent on both the sale of our existing property, and the purchase of a new one. Mary was very responsive, usually directly answering all of our calls, or returning missed calls within a very reasonable amount of time. She setup more than 14 showings for us, sometimes getting us in where the listed agent could not. Also, she often had more recent, and more correct information about the properties than the listing agent. Mary answered every question, and responded to every request, even setting up 11 showings in one Saturday for us. She knew most of the listing agents in the area, and was able to provide very detailed information about all but a couple of the properties we viewed. In the end, we found the house we wanted, in the community we wanted to be in, and closed early as both seller and buyer. She was even able to help our seller when he had trouble contacting his agent. Overall I found Mary to be resourceful, responsive, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the area.
