Mr David was am absolutely amazing and reliable realtor!

He worked diligently to get us into a home that was perfectly “move-in ready.” With our baby due in just a month, he made sure we had a comfortable place to bring her home to. We used a VA loan, which is known to take longer with paperwork and approvals, but David and his team still managed to get us into our home in less than 30 days! He was very understanding of what we wanted and always gave his honest opinion if something seemed off about a property. He’s not the kind of realtor who just sells you a home and disappears. He showed up for the inspection, the pest control appointment, and closing, but what really impressed me was that he personally came to the house we were under contract for and removed a wooden garden fence that the inspection flagged as a termite risk. Most realtors don’t go that extra mile. Not only was he professional, but we truly felt blessed to have him on our side. He negotiated a great deal with the sellers and was always attentive, responding to my questions at any time of day. David is incredibly put together, and I felt completely confident buying a home with him
