•Katherine is truly a highty skilled, ethical, knowledgeable professional!! If you are looking for an agent that will put your interest before her own, which is a rare find, Katherine is the agent you want to work with. She is a masterful but realistic negotiator when putting in an offer...imagine an agent who suggest you low-ball the offering price, and then counters appropriately, knowing forewell that the less you pay for the property the lower her commission will be...her clients come first. Over the course of the last year we put in three successive offers and were under contract to buy, subject to inspection, three different houses. Unbelievely, the structual integrity of each house was severely compromised and Katherine advised us to walk away...the cost to fix the house was excessive. We finally hit the jackpot and just purchased a home. Katherine arranged everything from home inspection to homeowner repairs prior to purchase, all legal matters, etc...a blessing as we live in another state. Finding Catherine to work with made everything possible, from finding a home to taking possession. We trust her, and that is her most prized attribute.
