As a first time homebuyer, I knew, quite literally, nothing of the home buying process. With my best interest in mind, Chelsea took the time to sit down with me and make sure to know exactly what I wanted so that we could find me the perfect home. Chelsea went above and beyond to be prepared, on time, and available for any communication I needed. Which was a lot as a very inexperienced client. I cannot recall a time where she didn't answer my phone call or did not return it immediately. This was invaluable to me in an overwhelming process, such as a first time home purchase. And on top of all this, she went out of her way to make sure I was protected from any outside agency looking to take advantage of a "newbie," like myself. She was very involved and invested in every milestone. She took me to dozens and dozens of houses, never making me feel rushed or pressured. She would even take the time to educate me on what homebuyers look for during showings, things I would have never thought to do on my own. I wanted something very specific for my needs, and also had a very limiting factor in price range, so she definitely had her work cut out for her. She never made me feel like what I wanted was unobtainable. Even in this crazy Colorado market. And in the end, she did it! She found me my dream home, and fought hard to get it for me. And I couldn't be happier. And because of all of this, I had to take the time to write this review and tell anyone who is looking for an agent that you won't find anyone more dedicated to helping you buy or sell a home. Thank you Chelsea, my home is awesome!
