•We needed a house quickly due to a job relocation. John was quick and helpful in finding a home for us in a pinch - he found us a great one. He was very thorough with video walk throughs as we were buying from across state, sight unseen. He went to bat for us when putting in offers, went above and beyond working on a quick close coordinating with contractors, finance and the city. He was kind and patient through all the process with clear communication. John went above and beyond for us several times. We were in town on Mother’s Day and he selflessly agreed to show us the home we’d put a successful offer on (it was under construction). When moving time approached, John ensured we were able to move in on time by personally going to City Hall to ensure we had the clearance to move in. We would very much recommend John McKean to anyone time and time again!
