•Tom is a service-orient professional. He took the time to visit a property of interest listed by another brokerage firm while I was out of town. He provided advice on negotiating a bid which lead to a successful property acquisition. I would recommend him as a buyers agent and also as a sellers agent.
Tom Yates as my buyer agent handled the entire transaction in a competent and professional manner. He even went the extra step of viewing the property to familiarize himself and gather on-site information prior to my seeing it. He also made recommendations on the bidding process including some aspect of which I had previously been unaware, such as escalation clauses. Because of his help, I was the successful bidder. I highly recommend Mr. Yates as an agent for buyers or sellers of any northeast Florida real estate.
