•Scott, was very friendly and professional. He took the time to clearly answer all my first time home buyer questions. He rearranged his schedule to meet me at my home for the first viewing and had an offer letter written up within hours of that viewing. He did an excellent job negotiating a fair price for me. He went above and beyond to find a contractor to do the negotiated repairs and went out of his way to meet them at the property to allow access for the repairs. If it were not for him doing this, the signing date may have been pushed back. Thanks Scott!
