•I began my search with Jenny for a home in late January. While looking at several different styles and approximately 12 houses, I fell in love with a home immediately but was discouraged from it as I knew the location did not follow within FHA guidelines. After a few more searches, I was reluctant to bid on a home that Jenny suggested was a "wonderful house". I knew where my heart was and would not/could not look past the home I knew was intended for me! At that time, Jenny suggested I look into Sawyer Savings Bank as they offer 100% financing. This process was very quick. On this same day, I was pre-qualified, my offer was accepted AND I was buying the house I knew was meant to be my home!! This process could not have happened so quickly and efficiently if I did not have the help and professionalism from Jenny.
