I would recommend Cathy to anybody! As a first-time home buyer, I really didn't know anything about the home buying process. Working with Cathy was truly a blessing. She listened carefully to my wants and needs for a home and educated me on aspects I wasn't aware of. Cathy was extremely professional and thorough during the home buying process. She never pushed me in any direction and was extremely honest with her opinions on particular properties or processes throughout the home buying journey. Two things in particular that stood out to me most was her promptness to respond. Whether it was an inquiry on a house I wanted to view or just a general question. She was always fast at getting back to you. The second was her attention to detail at every step of the way. During the viewings, inspection, and all the way through the closing. Cathy knew the right questions to ask and the answers that we needed to know. If you're a first time home buyer or not I would 100% recommend Cathy in your home buying journey.
