Scott was AMAZING

Scott was AMAZING. As a first time home buyer I was pretty clueless about the entire process and what it would entail. From our very first meeting Scott worked to make sure I understood what the process would be like. I left our first meeting feeling more informed and empowered that I could do this thing! Scott was readily available to answer any questions I had and even provided feedback on things I didn't think to ask. I never felt rushed or guilty throughout the process. The paramaters of our search changed a few times through the process; the budget decreaed and locations increased. I felt like I was being a pain, but Scott reassured me that this was apart of the process and things change and we go with it. What a great feeling to work with someone who understands things change and when they change make it seem effortless for us to change with it. Scott's knowledge of the greater Sacramento area proved invaluable! Even when we were looking at a map of Sacramento he was able to describe certain areas in great detail and list off pros and cons to consider. He also took into account the things that were priority to me when sharing listings. When I sent him listings with questions he was always prompt at getting back in touch with me or scheduling a time for us to go see something. I was never nervous that Scott wouldn't have time to show me a listing I was interested in. After working with Scott to purchase my first home I feel comfortable saying I had a wonderful realtor. He was on top of everything; easy to get in contact with; provided timely updates; and helped me to feel like a knowledgeable and an informed Buyer. We found a home that was perfect for me and was everything I said I wanted. I have Scott to thank for that. From our very first meeting until I received my keys and even after Scott was professional, considerate, and patient. I would highly recommend Scott Brown for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
