•I was referred to Jeff by a colleague of mine who was very satisfied with the help she received from Jeff when making her condo purchase. After looking in the SD market off and on for the past 18 months, I am now a homeowner in sunny San Diego! Jeff is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and all the crazy details that come with buying property. He has been so VERY patient with me and my boyfriend when we couldn't make up our minds about location, size of the house, if we would consider a condo, or a place with HOA fees, and on and on! He would say he'd still list a few properties that didn't meet our wants/needs just to give us some perspective. And it really did open our eyes and opened our options! I seriously thought he would quit on us because we were too difficult to please or work with, but he never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. From beginning to end he made the whole experience very pleasant and easy and always made us feel confident in what he had to advise or suggest. He truly cares and pays attention to your likes and dislikes so your time isn't wasted on seeing a property that he knows just isn't going to work. Needless to say, I'll be referring Jeff and going back to him if we sell/purchase again in SD!
