Beau is simply amazing! I was recommended to him by my little sister, who also purchased her home with his guidance. Moving from VA - I was unsure about which areas were best, where the best spot was for me to be and the logistics of the overall Charlotte housing market -- but Beau took care of all of that for me and made buying a house in a new state an absolute breeze! After very quicky getting set up on the MLS portal I began firing off notes/requests about the various houses I liked. With the market being so hot, I was always coming in a little too late, even with Beau’s prompt responses. When my house hit the market I immediately texted Beau (probably too early in the morning) and asked for him to check it out. I was still in Richmond, VA and wasn’t going to be able to make it in time - so Beau adjusted his schedule and made she he was able to view the property for me. He took numerous videos with honest feedback and observations about the house that really made me feel like I was there with him. After going under contract, Beau’s communication was constant and he was always quick to respond when I had a question or concern. He went above and beyond to make sure the process was as easy as possible for me, even admits COVID-19 and all the restrictions that came with it. Even though he wasn’t allowed in the room for my closing (again, COVID-19) he came by afterwards to congratulate and celebrate with me. This is two times now that Beau has helped someone in my family buy a house — sight unseen and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to get the job done to the level of standard he did. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, trustworthy and dependable realtor who will absolutely get you in the right home!
