•As executor of an estate I needed to sell a property in North Bend. I was not familiar with the North Bend market and the property needed an extensive amount of clean-up and work prior to sale.Karin was recommended to me by a locally based service provider in North Bend. When I interviewed her, as well as several other real estate agents, it was clear to me that she had outstanding knowledge of the North Bend market, extensive contacts with local service providers and was personally committed to doing whatever was necessary to prepare the property for sale and negotiate the best outcome for the estate.Karin and her team worked tirelessly to prepare the property for sale; their efforts were way beyond my expectations. She identified and helped procure service providers and even took multiple loads of donations into Issaquah for me. Her team was also amazing - they just got things done and were always cheerful and never hesitated to help and offer terrific suggestions. The staging was magical. They turned the house and grounds back into the lovely property it once was. The property sold within the first few days on market for significantly above asking, with multiple offers. Karin also understood the dynamics of selling for an estate and was able to guide me through some of the unique steps of that process. The business transaction was important but it was an unexpected bonus to work with a professional team who so obviously care about their clients and providing a positive experience for all. In my view, the desire to help others and willingness to offer whatever help was needed distinguishes Karin & her team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karin and her team!
