We were new to house hunting and were fortunate to meet Joel at an open house

We were new to house hunting and were fortunate to meet Joel at an open house. Almost immediately, we felt comfortable with him and decided to use him as our realtor. He patiently guided us through the process, and helped us narrow down the criteria we wanted in a house. Especially helpful was his deep knowledge of renovations, allowing us to explore the possibility of buying a fixer upper. During the negotiation process, his tips allowed us to put forth competitive bids and navigate the counterbidding. When our bid was finally accepted and we closed on the house, his contacts were invaluable. From his inspector to contractors, all of his recommendations were trustworthy and very competent. His combination of friendliness, professionalism and responsiveness are simply a cut above.
