•Angela is a great asset to any real estate buyer and I'm sure the same goes for selling. She guided my partner and I through our first home buying experience with intelligence and grace. We looked at a lot of houses that didn't work for us and it seemed like we were never going to find one that a.) we could afford or b.) would want to live in. She was reassuring and never indicated any doubt that we would find a home. She was also completely understanding each time we would decide another home wasn't for us. When it came to details, she noticed everything, construction of the homes, fine print in the contract, details of the market climate that were crucial for making a competitive offer. She referred us to a great inspector that we actually hired two times. She interacted well with all the selling agents we encountered, and it was obvious she has good rapport in her professional community. I am recommending her to all my friends and family and if/when we sell our house we would undoubtedly hire her again.
