•I am generally not one to make endorsements; but, my recent experience of listing and selling my house has encouraged me to do just that. I did a great deal of research on local Realtors before inviting three to interview for the listing. Jonathan Mills clearly made the most professional presentation for the listing. He was well-prepared and had credible responses for all of my questions and comments. Once the listing was secured, he helped prepare my home for showing and sold it over asking before the listing went live. He continued to support me and the sale and, when that buyer unexpectedly backed out, he sold my home AGAIN on the very same day! He has been accessible and professional throughout this process. I cannot say enough about the importance, to me, of working with a supportive and forthcoming Realtor and Jonathan Mills is exactly that. I strongly and enthusiastically recommend him and his dynamic team.
