•Best client referral experience in 28 years as a real estate professional. Sold my client's home in Tennessee; they were moving to Florida and needed a real estate agent. Promised to find best agent possible by interviewing at least 3 realtors recommended by "CEO" or "CFO" of a local franchise from my company. Talked to 3 company franchises in the area -- not impressed. Decided to talk to an agent from a company outside of my own. Did a lot of research, starting with ANY realtors who have professional designations to work with seniors. Found Julchen. Impressed by her demeanor, knowledge (she has lots of designations), ethics and client care (I'm also a broker, and knew what to ask). As the Florida transaction progressed, did not regret choosing a referral agent outside of my company system. She updated me at least once a week (usually more). She even checked on progress of client's transaction in Tennessee -- now that's different! We worked as a team to maximize our client's experience. (She pampered the client more than I would have -- I was jealous, and told them so :-) The home they closed on in Florida was significantly below median price point -- Julchen treated our client as if they were million-dollar buyers! Best referral in 28 years. Julchen rocks! Rudy Valrey Realtor, Broker
