•My father is a stellar real estate agent who was out of the country at the time my husband and I found a house we just.had.to.buy. Christian was referred to us for this particular transaction, and as an experienced buyer and legal professional myself, I was hesitant and not sure what to expect working with someone new. Christian proved himself to be very experienced, competent, ethical and diligent. Although our offer wasn't the highest, it was the strongest and he advocated on our behalf and as a result Seller chose to work with us. He helped us negotiate additional time and flexibility from the Seller during escrow when minor issues arose. We felt very comfortable that all communications and deal points were in good hands with Christian. He was able to gage our experience and communication preferences easily, and gave us the perfect amount of independence throughout the process, but still remained very present and on top of things as needed. If we ever find ourselves in need of working with another realtor or area specialist, we wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
