•I already knew Jessica was the best before I met her because that's how she was recommended by a lifelong friend who is also in the real estate business. But I could never have guessed how much expertise, work, passion, wisdom, dedication, support, good humor, encouragement -- I could go on -- Jessica would give to this relatively small sale. Plus, it had to be an as-is situation, so lots of Jessica's skills could never be displayed. And yet, she got an amazing price, sort of like magic. Jessica devotes herself completely to a project, communicates thoroughly, and doesn't miss a detail. I wish I had another house to sell, so I could keep working with her. She is truly a gem.
