•I would recommend Jenny to any of my friends, family, or even acquaintances! She is extremely knowledgable about the home buying process, paperwork, and negotiation. As soon as my husband and I began looking at Zillow and searching for homes near the end of 2018, Jenny contacted me. Within a few days we were able to meet up. She gave us information about the home buying process and even referred us to a mortgage broker. My husband and I were not the easiest home buyers, as we had many criteria for our perfect home. Jenny was so patient with us. I would send her a list of homes that we wanted to check out and she was so flexible! She responded very quickly to my texts and we looked at many homes together. She didn't give up on us when we put in an offer and decided to rescind because it just wasn't the right time for us to purchase a home. As soon as we were ready to look again we picked right up where we left off. Jenny was extremely honest with us and didn't sugar coat things. For instance, when we looked at a home she would inspect the AC units, the basement to make sure no moisture had come in, the roofs, the gutters, and all the important components of a house. She is authentic and is really there to help you through the process. She doesn't rush you through any decisions and she makes sure that you know all the things about the house before you decide if it is right for you. She even came to the inspections with us. When my husband and I found the home we knew was for us, Jenny even waited for my parents to stop by and see the house as well. She took time out of her personal schedule to help us. She is an amazing real estate agent and became our friend during the process. When we decide to sell our home in the future and buy a new one, she will be the first person we call! If you want to buy or sell a home, you will not regret working with Jenny. She will be with you every step of the way and she won't give up until you are happy!
