•The best team to partner with when we sold our home. Constant communication, excellent suggestions (which all paid off) and always available. Wouldn't buy or sell a house or a home without them. Linda is a very professional and knowledgeable agent. When we contacted her 8 months before we listed the house, she told us what to expect, what prep work we should do to the house (and the return we would get from doing it), to constant contacting us with market updates. Then 45 days prior, we did another walk through to ensure all cosmetic and structural improvements were done and why. 30 days prior we talked about price with comps as well as how to stage (what to take off of walls and also what to move to storage). The weekend the house went on the market, she was providing us feedback all all time, even though it was her father's birthday weekend. It was her decision to put a deadline for offers which created the sense of urgency. We had the one offer, and discussed our counter and why. We sold the house faster and for more than we would have ever expected only through the help of both Linda and Kathy. Thanks again
