•Ashley is the best of the best. She will make you feel like you're best friends and will do everything she can to help you! I looked at houses for LITERAL years trying to find the perfect home for my family. Ashley was so patient and always zero pressure. Then plans changed and we decided to leave Yuma and so of course I asked if Ashley would help me sell my house. She went above and beyond to help me get my house sold quickly. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the laws. She will listen to you and your concerns and she'll weigh in with her insight and save your marriage (jk hopefully!). We were moving across the country and bought our house before selling in Yuma. I was terrified we'd be paying two mortgages forever, but Ashley got our house sold in two months. She had to deal with a roof leak that we couldn't do anything about from where we were. She handled it all for us, and I love knowing she is someone I could trust completely with everything. I always knew she was working in my best interest and that is priceless when working with a realtor. She did it all and I'm so grateful for her. If you are reading this wondering which realtor to choose, I promise you 100% would never regret choosing Ashley. She is perfect!
