A joy to work with
My search for a new home in Prescott began with a phone call to Colleen Greco in December of 2020. I informed her of my plan, indicating my best case scenario would be to find a suitable property in the summer of 2022. Lo and behold, escrow closed on my new townhome in Prescott in August of 2022! Being an out-of-state resident presented some challenges, but Colleen took charge from the outset and really turned up her focus in the spring of 2022. I could not have found a better agent to help and navigate me through a tough market in Prescott at the time. It was a joy to communicate with Colleen during the entire 19-month time frame. She is personable and a joy to work with. When the search intensified in the spring of 2022 Colleen explained what was taking place in the Prescott market while keeping a close eye on any properties that fit into the size and specifications I was looking for. Colleen’s expertise and experience was so evident, especially when we found the right home and entered into the negotiations. I had total confidence in Colleen as we worked together on writing the contract. During escrow she guided me through all the steps and completely answered all my questions. Colleen is the best.
