Best fisherman/realtor ever

There were only a few questions I had that Nate did not know. He would tell me give him a few to verify and get back with me promptly with the answer. Nate took care of me like a brother. He reminded me to check on things so that I would not be in over my head. Nate was patient with me and let me look until I felt comfortable. He never made me feel like a burden.
