Greg will perform above your highest expectations. He was my agent in 2016 when I bought my condo in Sudden Valley. He made everything easy. I had contact with him several times over the next 3 years and he was always friendly and helpful. When I was ready to sell this year (2019) of course I contacted him to list. It took me several months to be ready and he patiently helped me along with my decisions. Always a smile on his face. He offered encouragement when I wasn't having a good day, again with that smile. The sale closed on November 14! Oh, and in the meantime this summer he put me in contact with an agent with whom he had a client in common where I wanted to move. Above and beyond!
