•This is the second home I've purchased with Ashley. I had been sending her the listing every time the price dropped for over 6 months. When the listing price was something I could work with, Ashley went straight to investigating why it was on the market so long and came back with the answers I was looking for. She is a wizard when it comes to negotiating, and got most of my closing costs covered! She connected me with a loan officer that could get creative with my financing as I'm self employed. When the sellers failed to fix the AC by closing day, she was able to make things work despite the extra paperwork day of. She has made not one, but two seemingly complicated home purchases absolutely seamless. At least I felt that way! She took care of all of the hiccups and headaches before I could even worry. I couldn't imagine working with another realtor ever again.
