From the moment we walked into an open house...

From the moment we walked into an open house that Justin was hosting, we felt WELCOMED. My husband and I had just left a football game and were in our coaches sweats and honestly, when most Agents would frown or look down, we never got that judgmental feeling from Justin. We had previously been working with another agent who didn't even want to meet us face to face until we got an approval letter in our hands. The day we met Justin, he wrote down what we wanted and within an hour or two of the open house, he had sent us a listing of 7 houses and said, "Let me know when you want to take a look and I will make it happen". Justin was willing to meet us before and after work, on the weekends, and EVEN MINUTES BEFORE A SEAHAWKS KICKOFF!!! We were looking at a house during the 1st Quarter! That is dedication! He could tell just by my facial expressions "you don't love this one" or "this isn't the one". He was willing to go through that entire list and then some new listings before I finally found "THE ONE". Through negotiations, he kept it completely straight-forward and got me what I had wanted. He even went back and completed an inspection to make sure the seller had made the improvements that we wanted. By the end of the process, we NEVER had that feeling that we were "duped" or "buyer's remorse". We were impressed with the level of professionalism and really, just how personable and genuinely caring Justin was. We gained not only a friend, but a family member... and our "Dream home". My parents are getting ready to start looking for a home in the fall and I have already convinced my parents to go with Justin! Next year, when my brother and his fiancee begin their home search, you guessed it... Mr. Mugford to the rescue!
