•I met Lisa at an open house in 2023 and exchanged info. Lisa did not bug me with listing that were not within my criteria - like other agents did. In early March we got together and the search was on. 2 Saturdays with 5 houses each - half her finds and half mine but all within my criteria. By the end of the second Saturday there was one outstanding candidate that was put of range in distance and another that was out of range in price, but I loved it. I had some financial challenges to conquer but I wanted confirmation - so asked a good friend and my pastor to tour the house. Lisa arranged that and after the tour - She loved the house too. We believed for the house to be mine by faith from that point on. And after my financial challenges were resolved and I needed help with financing, Lisa gave me a referral to Revolutionary Mortgage. I went and found a lawyer thru Legalshield and insurance thru state referral of insurance brokerage firms. And Lisa did all the work diligently that is required - offers, addendums, updates and signatures. We are now friends.
