•I feel so lucky that Patti ended up being the real estate agent that met us for our first viewing this summer. We never felt pressured to buy quickly (in fact she would point out all the potential downsides of the homes we looked at—things that we never would have thought of). She’s also extremely knowledgeable about the lending process and came up with several different approaches for our home loan (and walked us through each in layman’s terms). It felt like during the negotiation, she was trying to get us the best deal—and because of her, we ended up at a price much lower than we would have thought we could get. Also, she’s a blast to look at a home with. Fun, funny, and incredibly thoughtful. Very highly recommend working with Patti…I know we’ll work with her again in the future!
