We made up our mind last year after Kim sold our home that she would be our go to real estate person as long as she is in the business. She is the poster child for anyone who is in the business. Her recommendations in every facet of the process have been fantastic. Also, she is not like some who take the money and run, she is with you before, during and after. We consider her more of a friend than a real estate person. She is by far the best.

We were impressed with Kim from day one

We were impressed with Kim from day one. She knows the business, is always professional but ends up being your friend as well. In our case, she ended up doing things that the buyers's broker should have been doing just to keep things on track. She kept in touch on a regular basis even though we had several personal issues that delayed our listing the property. She gave us step by step info on what we needed to do as well as how each step in the process was going to work, and she even offered to help us paint. We are in the market for another home and nothing will keep us from using Kim on that search.

We were in awe of the way Kim handled the sale of our home from day one. It wasn't just her professionalism, integrity and overall knowledge of the process but her willingness to go the extra mile. She kept things moving forward, even at times doing things the buyer's agent should have been doing. She even offered to do some painting and other things we needed done on her own time. We will never use any other realtor to handle our needs.
