Jim was very professional throughout the entire process. He was also very friendly and responsive to every question we had. If he didn't know the answer he got it quickly. He followed up on everything and kept us in the loop in a very timely manner. He is also honest and straight forward. He was with us and/or the buyer at every step along the way. It was a pleasant experience.
