•Cheryl Stakutis worked tirelessly for me. She was not just an agent. She was also my advisor and my champion. Cheryl wanted to make sure that I would not be taken advantage of and that I would have good resale value in the future. She asked the good question and sought out experts to help resolve any issues. When it came time for a sound real estate lawyer, she helped me choose the best. And when it came to financing, with her help I choose the greatest. They all became a team that worked not only for me, but with me. When there were issues, all 3 were there. Cheryl was in constant communication with me and kept up my faith when I needed it. There aren't words that can express how wonderful, professional, personable, etc. she is. I am so fortunate to have had her as my agent. I can't say enough good things about her. In the future, when I sell, there is only one person I will trust, and that is Cheryl Stakutis.
