Carley is the best

Carley is the best. She sold a house in our neighborhood about a month before we started looking for agents so we gave her a call, and boy was it worth it ! She walked us through the entire process as first time sellers, answered all our questions and gave us a very clear picture of what to expect. Our timeline changed a few times and she was great with scheduling/rescheduling things to fit our needs. One major thing that stood out to us was her ability to get the house ready for market. A quick text and she has a quote for painting, for any minor repairs we needed, and even staging. Having an agent with a solid understanding of the local market and the people to make those improvements helped tremendously. From our first meeting until our listing day we felt confident she had a well thought out plan of how to sell our house. She did a wonderful job staging the house for the pictures and showings; and continued to check in daily to make sure everything was ship shape. We moved out of state before the sale, but that was no problem; she took care of everything on our behalf, checked in regularly, and made the whole process as pain free as can be. We could not be happier with our choice of agent and agency !
