•We were searching for an agent that understood selling unique ranch property in Northeast Texas. Tom Hendricks' knowledge and experience along with his marketing resources put our property in front of the right clientele. From the beginning of the listing to the closing, Tom stayed with us. We would call him and he picked up the phone. Other times we left messages, texted and emailed him and he promptly responded. Tom guided us through every step of the process of selling our property. He worked well with the buyers' agent, but kept our interest first. His professionalism and sense of duty was greatly appreciated during the closing. In all our years we have never had a better agent. If anyone wants an honest, knowledgeable and hardworking agent we recommend Tom Hendricks.
