Sandy was fantastic! Would definitely go to her again in the future for any buying/selling needs.

Sandy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and constantly communicated information to us as the process seemed every changing at times. She was always willing to answer any questions we had and would always explain things in a way that was easy to understand for both buying and selling. She would clearly communicate with us anytime she had good news and anytime we hit a bump in the road. She worked with us day in and day out to help us both find the house we were looking for with all the important factors that we wanted and helped us through the process of doing what we needed to do to sell our house and make sure we knew what was a good offer to accept and what we should negotiate on before accepting. She was also very patient with us as we were new to both buying and selling but also persistent with the other parties involved on the other end when she needed to be for both the sellers and the buyers. She helped make sure things were done in a timely manner while also making sure that things were done right. She ensured that the buying and selling processes were both smooth sailing to the best of her ability. I felt that Sandy was very knowledgeable of the market and everything that was involved in buying and selling a house and I trust whole heartedly that she did/told us what was best for us and our situation. She took all things into consideration including what specifics we wanted, what areas we were looking at, and our budget before buying. When it came to selling, she made sure we had everything ready and set to sell the house and guided us along the way as things came up and needed to be addressed. If we ever end up needing to buy and/or sell again, I would ask Sandy to be our realtor again in a heartbeat. She's caring, understanding, trustworthy, and knows what she's doing/talking about. I would recommend her as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell. She looks out for her clients and what is in their best interest. She's absolutely fantastic!
