I met Yedit two years ago at an open house when I honestly wasn’t ready to buy yet. I explained my situation to her and mentioned I would probably be ready in about two years. Even then, she still took the time to help me after that open house and stayed in touch, often checking in to see how my daughter and I were doing. I was genuinely amazed and impressed by her kindness and consistency. Two years later, I reached back out and told her I was finally ready! We had an initial meeting where we discussed what I was looking for, along with her process and style as a realtor. Afterwards, I had several questions about the Buyer Broker Agreement, and not only did she respond thoroughly to my email, but she also suggested we speak by phone to make sure I fully understood everything. Whenever I had a question or concern throughout the process, she always took the time to explain things clearly and provide helpful insight on anything I needed to be mindful of. There were moments when I wasn’t sure I would be able to get everything I wanted in a home, but when I found the house (my house) she went above and beyond to make sure I not only got it, but also received every possible perk and benefit to which allowed me to have $0 out of pocket for closing costs!! Yedit genuinely cares about her clients, and I know that from conversations we’ve had and personal experience. On top of that, she recommended an amazing inspector and moving company, and both were fantastic! I had a two-week closing, and thanks to Yedit’s expertise, knowledge, dedication, and care, the entire process went as smoothly as possible.
