•I was extremely pleased with the service Elena Mason provided. I contracted with her within 7 days of receiving financing and she was on the job and available from the time we signed, through closing, and even after closing. Elena provided me with a number of options that were within my price range and we visited a number of properties. She quickly took note of what I liked and did not like and adjusted the list of homes accordingly. I had contacted other agents and they seemed more bothered than interested in assisting me with my desire to find an affordable home with a limited budget. But Elena took on the task and treated me like a buyer looking for a home and respected me regardless of my limitations. I began my search the first part of April 2013 and Elena found my home within a matter of a week or two and I closed on the home at the end of May. If you are looking for an agent who will take the time to communicate with you and understand your needs then Elena is the agent for you. As is with any business relationship an open and honest expectation and communication will expedite your journey to becoming a home owner. I can honestly say Elena provided me with the options I desired, a realistic expectation of homes available, and a very pleasant experience in home buying.
