•So many people go into a home selling situation and have very little understanding of the process. We all hope that our agent will not only help us every step of the way, but truly act in our best interest. That is exactly what we got with Tricia and Carol. It was apparent from our first meeting that they had already done their homework. Their market knowledge and professionalism was awesome. Based on their research, we listed the property for more than we were thinking and got three offers in the first week on the market...even one over asking price. They made the entire process so easy for us. They helped us find contractors quickly to do the minor repairs needed and were in constant communication with us throughout it all. They even paid to have the house cleaned by a professional crew for us. We will certainly be using Tricia and Carol in the future and I would definitely recommend them to anybody for your real estate needs.
