•We began the summer with little expectation of being able to sell AND buy another home before the start of the new school year. We contacted Roxanne and she came out and evaluated our home and gave us some pointers to help the sale. It WORKED! The very first day we had a great offer. She helped us negotiate with the buyer to get the best deal possible. Then she helped find a Great home exactly where we wanted to be in the school district we wanted and once again negotiated a great deal! We were able to move in to our new home a week before the new school year!! Roxanne and her team would be the first ones we call for all our future real estate needs. Thank you Roxanne for making our dream come true!!!
