•Amanda was excellent at walking us through the process of buying our first home and was incredibly quick with getting our paperwork through. She’s an excellent negotiator and helped us weigh all of our options when selecting our home. We’ll be using her again and recommending her to anyone who wants an agent who is expedient, experienced, and thorough. AMANDA GETS THE JOB DONE! She goes the extra mile every time and we are forever grateful for her. Very experienced in the Vallejo/Benicia market and is a Bay Area housing expert through and through.
Amanda was such a joy to be able to work with! My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers. We met her at an open house that she was showing. This was the home we ended up buying, as we had fallen in love with it pretty much right away! As someone who was new to the homebuying process, Amanda was always there to answer any and all questions we had. She walked us through the whole process with confidence, care, and professionalism. Her great expertise and friendly advice as well as her just being an awesome person made this process so easy. It's been my dream to become a homeowner and Amanda helped make that dream a reality. If you are considering buying your new home, please please choose Amanda as your realtor. She is so kind, honest, and truly just wants the very best for you and your new home! I highly recommend her!Thank you Amanda!
Amanda was an incredible agent! She provided us with incredibly accurate information and recommendations that allowed us to move forward with buying our home. Amanda is the perfect agent you want because she's honest, upstanding, and most of all a good neighbor. Real estate purchasing can convoluted with all the paperwork and having an informed guide that can provide superior knowledge and expertise is what separates Amanda from other well-known "popular agents" in the area. Amanda is a savvy negotiator with a background in international product purchasing. This is the sort of fighter that you want on your team - not just a professional "yes man/gal". She's always wicked fast at responding and far more detail-oriented than other agents we've talked to (this was massively important in the closing process). We submitted an offer and had it accepted the same day -without a bidding war or massively overpaying. We are first-time home buyers, and Amanda was always looking out for my fiancee's needs throughout out the process. Wouldn't use anyone else because she truly understands the Benicia/Vallejo area. Thank you again Amanda! We hope that the whole neighborhood realizes how much amazing you are an you continue to help more people through the home buying process!
