Billy is an awesome realtor! My family has dealt with Harvey Mordka realty for years. My mom moved across the country and asked me to take responsibility for getting the house sold. All I had to do was sign the papers. Billy handled everything, even the unexpected bumps in the process of making repairs that popped up at the most inopportune/unexpected time. Like bathroom pipes that started leaking the day after we listed the house. Billy had the repairs completed within the week. He also brought in the technicians to handle minor repairs that we knew were needed. I didn't have to spend time on the phone tracking down contractors. Anytime I had a question, Billy was immediate in his response. Billy handled the negotiations like the seasoned professional that he is. Like suggesting counter offers that were win/win for us and the buyer. I was reluctant to handle selling my mother's home, but Billy made it seem like driving to work in light traffic. Very smooth and quick. We listed the house on the first of the month and closed by the 24th. Now that is service! I would highly recommend Billy and Harvey Mordka realty to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Billy will work hard for you and you will not be sorry you chose him.
