•We were fortunate enough to find our new home within a couple of days once we updated the scope of what we were needing. There ended up being too many emails to keep up with so as the buyer we did get confused and frustrated. After a call with our realtor, she stepped up and texted us when there were important documents needing our attention. I know there were a lot of things out of her control and our frustration was more towards the seller of the new property and not the realtor. Laura was very professional and pleasant to work with.
