Our long-distance search for a home closer to family began by researching top agents in the Wilmington/Greenville and Lewes/Rehoboth Beach areas. Peggy quickly surfaced as a top agent in both, and after interviewing several agents it was clear that Peggy was our top choice. Low inventory and a fast-moving seller’s market for quality homes priced right further complicated our search, but Peggy made it work. While visiting family, we toured homes with Peggy. While back home in North Carolina, Peggy guided us through homes via FaceTime. When cell service faltered, she captured videos, sent them when she returned to her office, and then called us to walk us through the home. She also took videos of neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Peggy’s in-depth knowledge of the Delaware markets proved invaluable. Peggy is personable, patient, responsive, straightforward, honest, a strong communicator, a skilled negotiator, and a problem solver. When we finally went under contract on a home, we gained even more respect for Peggy. Peggy fostered a strong working relationship with both my husband and me.
