We had to conduct our search completely virtual...

We had to conduct our search completely virtual (being stuck overseas as a result of the pandemic). Seth helped arrange virtual tours near on demand, and helped avoid having to go into homes that were simply not going to work for us based on the current bids (we still went through ALOT of homes). We also needed to find a situation that would enable us to bid into a home without the full appraisal waiver, which as far as any of us could tell (and according to realtor forums) was not happening at all in the Austin area. Not only did we close on a home without having to sell everything we had, but we did it quickly AND made the appraisal.
