•BILL WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST TO WORK WITH. HE ASKED SEVERAL INTUITIVE QUESTIONS UP FRONT TO REALLY PIN DOWN WHAT MY HUSBAND AND I WAS LOOKING FOR. EACH DAY WE WOULD GET AN UPDATED EMAIL SHOWING NEW OR UPDATED PROPERTY INFORMATION. BILL LISTENS AND UNDERSTANDS WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU! THE HOUSE WE FELL IN LOVE WITH WAS A PROPERTY I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT AND BILL INTRODUCED US TO IT. DURING THE CONTRACT PROCESS, BILL WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS IN DETAIL. HE COACHED US THROUGH THE FULL PROCESS AND CHEERED FOR US AFTER. BEST EXPERIENCE I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR AND WILL DEFINITELY WORK WITH BILL IN ALL OF MY REAL ESTATE VENTURES IN THE FUTURE!
