•What can I say that hasn't already been said in other reviews? It's all true! Kayla has been such a great help and advocate for us in our long distance purchase of a beautiful home in the Sunshine State. From day one she was consistently in contact with us and even though we were 800 miles away we felt like she was right here in town. She kept us updated on everything thing no matter how small and guided us through the entire process. It's a very daunting task searching for and purchasing a home virtually via internet but Kayla made it so smooth for us and we always felt comfortable with the process. Even after the purchase, when most real estate’s agents will move on from you, she kept in touch and even helped us work a deal with our soon to be neighbor to manage our lawn until we are able to get down there permanently. She gladly took the time to do a virtual walk through before we signed the documents remotely. She even went to our new home to ensure a necessary plumbing job was completed. We are so very grateful to Kayla for her dedication, empathy and professionalism. Many of our friends and family now want to move down to Florida and we will definitely be recommending Kayla as their Real Estate Agent! Thank you Kayla and we are proud to call you our first new friend in Florida!
