•I know nothing about areas where I wanted to live- I met Ebony at a family party more than 3 years ago and I mentioned I wanted to buy a home- all this time she checked in with me to let her know anytime I wanted to look at homes or have questions to call her- even if I wasn’t ready. I finally was ready and she guided me to shop for homes- I don’t know San Diego well but that didn’t hold me back from looking at nice homes. I looked as far as Temecula and Murrieta. Ebony works with each client with customized service. What I mean by that is that she takes the time to get to know me personally. She takes interest in my family size , my lifestyle and what I like to do for leisure. She assessed all this and deliver service accordingly. In my experience, she knew I am a single mother with one income (mine), and with a little boy. She also researches the schools and safety of the neighborhood while I am destracted by the beauty and prices of the home- She knows San Diego very well AND cities surrounding the county- we finally found the perfect size home in a city of La Mesa with 9/10 school ratings in a quiet SAFE neighborhood ! Ebony is patient , and she is knowledgeable in the industry. She also knows what to look for structurally in the homes that would be potentially a problem. She is VERY honest and really cares about her clients’ purchase long term .I highly recommend her to be your agent. After closing on my home, she makes sure we know she is always available for any questions. She is a GREAT resource for licensed contractors to help you fix up your home. She closely works with them and will refer you to the best. THANK YOU EBONY!!!!
